Dr Jezamine Lim
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lim is a passionate and committed entrepreneur with a strong interest in biotechnology. She focuses on commercialising of stem cell therapy and cosmetic products related to stem cells.
Dr. Lim is active in the scientific research space. She has received several awards for her scientific achievements:
- Anugerah Personaliti Dan Usahawan Malaysia 2019 (Best New Biotech Company)
- Women and Girls in Science Icon 2019
- Prestige Magazine Women In Science and Technology
- Young Scientist Network Malaysia Affliate at Akademi Sains Malaysia
- Co-founder of Aemis (functional food and health supplement brand)
Dr. Lim is the first woman to receive a PhD in Stem Cells and Tissue Engineering from The National University of Malaysia (UKM). She studied the human Wharton’s jelly stromal cells as an allogenic cell source for bone tissue engineering for pre-clinical proof of concept.
She graduated with MBBS and clinical practical exposure from Melaka Manipal Medical College in 2008. She is enthusiastic on promoting stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine – since 2008, she has published 3 research articles in reputable scientific journals and presented in over 10 major scientific events.
Harith Iskander
Director – Marketing & Branding
Harith is a household name in Malaysia with 30 years experience in the comedy and entertainment scene. Apart from being recognised as the Godfather of Stand Up Comedy in Malaysia, he is known as an accomplished film, TV and theatre producer, director, writer and actor.
Through his companies Harith Iskander V Day Productions and ZAZ Iskander Resources, he has been actively involved in the business within the world of arts.
Harith is a brand ambassador for many international brands such as Nescafe, Celcom, Calpris, Novartis, Courts, amongst others. He is one of the Company’s directors, who is responsible for marketing and branding matters.
Harith is well-connected in the media,government agencies and is expected to add value to CBR’s marketing and branding.
